A cement manufacturer in social media? Not at all an idea of concrete heads, but a logical step: to rejuvenate your own brand and - more importantly - to develop new business areas and network with the right target groups worldwide.
With LH Maqer, LafargeHolcim, the Swiss provider of building materials and construction solutions, has launched its own brand to promote innovation and start-up cooperation. In a series of workshops with the Maqer team, we developed the communication strategy, defined core messages and channel setup, and since then we have accompanied the social and online activities, produced films and redefined the brand design.
The first step was a stand-alone content strategy for the manufacturing sector with its own website and social media presence, including LinkedIn. #BEaMAQER - we're in!
