Social media is becoming increasingly important in the B2B sector – our customer Langmatz is a prime example. The successful plastics and metal processor based in Garmisch-Partenkirchen has been developing, manufacturing and selling innovative systems for telecommunications, energy technology and traffic engineering for decades. We are working with Langmatz on two levels:
- Strategically on the topic of social media strategy: Which channels and mechanics are suitable for increasing brand awareness in the company's own, very pointed target group as well as for sales support? How can their own experts and management be strategically positioned to create communication occasions and turn those into sales opportunities?
- Operationally as an external editorial department that develops topics for the corporate channels in social media as well as for corporate ambassadors and creates content based on the storytelling approach. Here we strongly believe in personalization and case stories - with a focus on LinkedIn.
Social media in the B2B industry works - we are convinced of that. The example of Langmatz proves it once again.
